About Me

Hi, I’m Bill. I started my career in the computer industry in 1981 after studying Pure Mathematics at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. During a successful career which took me out of corporate work via an MBA into several entrepreneurial ventures, I had four children – Emma, William, Euan and Kate and got married to Leonie. These days I spend most of my time working with my older kids and trying to build a life without kids and full time work. Right now I’m fascinated by AI and see how my degree training would have been highly relevant to today’s new opportunities. Join me as I juggle wife, family, business, tech and new business interests – a whisky distillery on a remote Scottish island, perfume and skincare brands and an Olive estate in Tuscany – as I explore my ‘100 Year Life’.
